"I came onto the course as my colleague Andrew had worked with the Centre for Enterprise before, and had suggested that I take part in the Cheshire and Warrington Growth Programme. My experience working with the team was smashing. I was forced to work outside of my comfort zone, and felt the action learning sets were amongst the most helpful aspects of the course. Being able to talk openly to other participants and Manchester Met team members has allowed me to realise what my frustrations were within my own business, and now that I am able to discuss them openly, I can begin to work on solutions for them."
